RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Price Guarantee: We are committed to having great low prices everyday and we guarantee it. If a competitor is selling flooring of the same grade, thickness and width with the same warranty at a lower price (including shipping costs and delivery charges), we will, upon written verification, meet that price. This guarantee applies only prior to or within 7 days of purchase.
Measurement and Quantity: Purchaser/installer is responsible for all measurement quantities. Purchaser will be charged for the actual footage shipped. We accept no responsibility or liability for measurement errors.
Delivery and Lead Times: All delivery dates are estimates. We cannot guarantee specific deadlines. We recommend booking installation after receipt of the product.
Inspection: Claims for shortages or damages must be made upon receipt of the product. Purchaser/installer is responsible for final inspection. Do not install defective product. Use constitutes acceptance.
Installation: Allow flooring to acclimate in installation area for 3-7 days. Prior to installation, purchaser/installer is solely responsible for determining the acceptability of moisture levels in both the product and the sub floor.
Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, close-outs, odd lots, final sales, special deals, special orders, and clearance items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Installed product is considered accepted by purchaser and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of purchaser.
Exchanges are permitted within 15 days of receipt of the product with a restocking fee. Defective product may be exchanged, prior to installation, within 30 days of receipt without restocking fee.
Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special orders are not returnable unless the product is defective.
Orders made for resale are non returnable.
Warranty: Rioni Wood Products provides no warranty concerning the materials sold and delivery to the purchaser. Rioni Wood is not responsible for changes in relative humidity, moisture or any source, or installation not in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Due to natural properties of flooring, it is susceptible to expansion and contraction, and due to high humidity factor in the greater metropolitan area of NY. Under no circumstance will the seller guarantee any of the flooring sold from curling or shrinkage. Purchaser therefore does so with knowledge of this representation and at purchasers own risk with no exceptions.
Payment and Refunds: We accept cash, certified checks, credit/debit cards, PayPal payments. A $30 fee may be assessed for returned checks. For returns, purchases made by cash, certified checks, credit/debit cards will be refunded by check within 3-5 weeks. For returns, purchases made by PayPal will be refunded through PayPal. Merchandise on any order remains the property of Rioni Wood Products until paid for.
